We're more than our minds and bodies. Reiki is a gentle, hands-off energy practice that many people find calming and restorative.

For some people, a session brings clarity or new insight. For others, it's simply a chance to rest and let go. I can't tell you what Reiki will be like for you. I can tell you it's been a powerful ally in my own healing, and I'd be glad to share it with you.

The details

  • Sessions are 45 minutes and $140.

  • I offer distance Reiki anywhere in the world, plus occasional in-person sessions at my Laramie office.

  • Reiki can't be billed to insurance. Payment is cash or Venmo at the time of your session.

  • Gift certificates are available for virtual and in-person sessions.

Reiki is a complement to medical and mental health care, not a replacement for it.

“Reiki is love, love is wholeness, wholeness is balance, balance is well being, well being is freedom from disease.” ~Dr. Mikao Usui
